1. All Sales Are Final

 

 

Due to the nature of our beauty and cosmetic products, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging.

 

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, shades, and details carefully before completing their purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help you choose the right shade or formula.

 

 

 

 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@myglamboxx.com with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

 

 

Once we verify the issue, we will gladly replace the item or issue a store credit at our discretion. Please note that MyGlamboxx is not responsible for damages that occur after the product has been received, such as from mishandling or improper storage.

 

 

 

 

3. Order Cancellations & Changes

 

 

Orders begin processing quickly after they are placed. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email support@myglamboxx.com within 12 hours of placing it.

 

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

 

 

 

 

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

 

 

Refunds are only issued for approved cases such as damaged or incorrect items that cannot be replaced. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days once approved.

 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
